• Requested services and scope of work
• Aircraft condition description and scheduling details, including your preferred service date
• Photos you choose to upload of your aircraft
• Additional notes you choose to provide

We also automatically receive standard technical and hosting/server log information from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as part of normal website operation.

How We Use This Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, evaluate your aircraft's service needs, coordinate scheduling and access, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your information.

Aircraft Photos and Optional Tail Number

Photos and a tail number are optional fields in the quote request form. If provided, they are used only to help APD evaluate your aircraft's condition and service needs, and to help coordinate the correct aircraft for scheduling. They are not published or shared publicly without your separate consent.

Service Providers

Quote request submissions, including any attached aircraft photos, are transmitted through this website to APD's team via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Resend processes your submission on APD's behalf — to deliver it to APD and send you a brief confirmation — and does not independently use your information for its own purposes. This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes standard technical/server log data as part of delivering the site.

Retention

We retain quote request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. We have not yet finalized a specific retention schedule; this section will be updated once one is established.

Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Analytics
